USER AGREEMENT

I. SERVICE CONNECTION
WARNING: By clicking the "CONNECT" button at the end of this disclosure, you are acknowledging that: (1) You are at least 18 years of age (21 in some locations); (2) You have read, understand, and accept the following terms and conditions of service (3) These terms and conditions, as accepted by you constitute a legally binding contract.

1. Applicable Charges.
Using this service will result in a ONE-TIME charge of $25.00 from "MediaCharger" for a 900 call on your normal telephone bill. The call will appear on your phone bill as a PREMIUM RATE CHARGE. Once connected to the service you will be directed to a Web page that will generate a unique username and password that allows you access to the Web site http://www.movienetworks.com for a period of 90 days. Once you have accessed your username and password you MUST reconnect to your local ISP. At the end of the subscription period, the software will automatically prompt a renewal reminder. Your acceptance of the reminder re-subscribes you to the service and binds you to these terms and conditions.

2. Connection Process:
By clicking the connect button below, this Software will automatically disconnect you from your local ISP and reconnect you to a DOMESTIC PREMIUM RATE TELEPHONE NUMBER 900-933-8888. Once connected, your computer modem will not terminate this domestic premium billing telephone connection unless you terminate the connection by selecting the modem symbol, located on the lower right side of the Windows 95/98/NT/2000 task bar, and click on the "DISCONNECT" button, or you click on the "DISCONNECT" button on the software's dialog box. If you do not click the "DISCONNECT" button our proprietary Software will then be downloaded to your computer's hard drive and will update your system registry.

3. User Affirmation.
Through the use of the Software and by entering this Web site, you are affirming the following statements:

"I am the telephone line subscriber or have authorization from the telephone line subscriber to incur charges for the telephone number to be billed. I also acknowledge that I am fully responsible for paying all telephone line charges associated with this service."

"I am fully aware that user names and passwords must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate termination of service."

"I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of service contained in this document."

4. Understanding the Billing Service.

By accepting the following terms and conditions you agree that your systems registry will be updated in order to increase the ease with which our software application is downloaded and installed. Furthermore, you choose to install and run "Active Install" signed and distributed by: Great Net, Inc. Caution: Great Net, Inc. asserts that this content is safe. You should only install/view this content if you trust Great Net, Inc. to make that assertion.

THE CALL WILL APPEAR ON YOUR PHONE BILL AS A PREMIUM RATE CHARGE. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL OR EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE CONTENTS AND PRODUCTS.

  • By choosing a PREMIUM RATE CHARGE as a payment method for this content, you will download our proprietary software to your computer's hard drive.
  • By using the software, your computer will terminate the modem connection to your usual Internet service provider.

    Your modem will then dial a PREMIUM RATE DOMESTIC TELEPHONE NUMBER.

  • Your phone bill will reflect charges to a domestic premium-billing platform.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold the billing company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you access through use of this service, your connection to the Service, your violation of these terms of service, or your violation of any rights of another.
